This rare and special lot is the result of no previous batches competing for nutrients, making it truly one of a kind. Deliberately surrounded by fruit trees, Bi Luo Chun is known for its fruity aroma and signature notes that linger in your mouth.

Each 50g tin of Bi Luo Chun contains 6 to 7 thousand tender shoots, making it a tributary item since the Tang Dynasty. After toasting, the tea forms knots that have a green, almost metallic sheen with fine silver hairs, earning its name. Its elegant fragrance, light but the long-lasting aroma, and fruity and refreshing taste make Bi Luo Chun a standout among dry-roasting green teas.

Brew the perfect cup by adding 3g of tea to 300ml of hot water at 75 degrees Celsius and steep for 2-3 minutes. [Important: Add hot water first, then put the tea leaves]

碧螺春

唐朝时就被列为贡品。高级的碧螺春,茶芽之细嫩程度,是50克的干茶,需要6-7千个新鲜的茶芽精制而成。本品是十二罐一盒。

炒成后的干茶条索紧结,白毫显露,色泽银绿,翠碧诱人,卷曲成螺旋状,产于春季清明节前,故名“碧螺春”。此茶是炒青绿茶中最为细嫩的。冲泡后杯中白云翻滚,清香袭人。

 人们常说“洞庭碧螺春”,多数误以为它产于是洞庭湖边。其实,它的真正原产地是:

姑苏城外,洞庭东山

烟波浩渺,太湖之滨

 也就是中国江苏省苏州太湖旁边的洞庭山。它与琵琶、青梅、板栗、桃树相间而种。

 碧螺春采于春分至清明之间,清明之后采摘的,就不叫做碧螺春,而称之为“炒青”。

可见我们这次的头采,是多么的珍贵。

头采,是营养最丰富的。

 外型特点:

蜜蜂腿,满身毛,铜丝条。

蜜蜂腿是形容碧螺春的外形是像蜜蜂的腿,是有绒毛的,是弯曲的,不是很圆的形状;

满身毛容易理解,指示碧螺春细嫩,叶表很多绒毛;

铜丝条指碧螺春的条索像铜丝一般细,又像铜丝一般重,从水面一直向水底下沉。

 真正的碧螺春,是一芽一叶。

 芽头是不足2厘米的新芽;

一叶,色泽鲜美,形如雀舌。


香气与颜色:

 自古苏杭出名茶。

倘若杭州西湖龙井的香,宛如剑气锋芒,是春寒料峭的凛冽之感;

那么,苏州洞庭碧螺春的香,则是温婉娇媚,是盈杯满盏的花馥之味。

 它色艳:银绿隐翠;

香浓:清幽持久;

味醇:鲜爽水果;

这道果香的鲜爽口感,标志着一流碧螺春的身份。


冲泡建议:

 上投法 ; 75度水置于杯中,之后将3克茶投入水面。2-3分钟即可享用。
