Your order is now being prepared for dispatch from Singapore.

General Shipping Terms

All orders are shipped under Ex-Works (EXW) terms.

This means:

*We prepare and hand over your order to the selected shipping provider (either your preferred courier or our appointed carrier).

*Once the parcel is dispatched from our facility, shipping risks and responsibilities are transferred to the buyer.

Please note:
Even when free shipping is offered as part of a promotion or product bundle, it does not include insurance or customs clearance unless explicitly stated.

Import Duties, Taxes & Insurance

*Import duties, VAT/GST, or local taxes (if applicable) are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

*These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

If you would like to add shipping insurance against loss or damage, please inform us before dispatch.
We can arrange insurance at cost upon request.

Shipping Timeframes

International orders are primarily shipped via Singapore Post.

*Standard Air Shipping (Singapore Post)
12–20 working days (tracked)

*Economy Sea Shipping (Singapore Post)
6–12 weeks (limited tracking, lower cost)

If you prefer a faster or premium courier (such as DHL or FedEx), please contact us before placing your order.
A freight top-up will apply based on destination and courier selection.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

*Orders placed before 10:00 AM (working days)
→ Picked up the next working day
→ Delivered by the third working day

*For urgent delivery requests, please contact us in advance.
Special arrangements may be possible with additional charges.

Self-pickup is available by appointment at our tea studio.
