Elegant Power from the Highlands
Refined | Wild | Transformative Sweetness

Mt. Pasha, nestled between the famed Nannuo and Bulang mountains, is home to some of the oldest tea cultivation heritage in Yunnan. It is historically significant — not only does it possess one of the largest ancient tea gardens in the region, but it is also where the ancestors of Lao Ban Zhang once migrated from. The area is known for its elevation, remote access, and preserved biodiversity.

- Location: Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan
- Altitude: ~1,700m (highest peak 1,850m)
- Ancient tea heritage dating back to the Tang Dynasty
- Arbor trees grown in pristine forest under cloud and mist all year

🌱 Tea Characteristics

- Fragrance: Deep forest aroma with faint wild honey
- Taste: Mellow with initial bitterness that quickly transforms into soft, recurring sweetness
- Cha Qi (Energy): Smooth yet firm — calm and slowly rising, lingering through chest and limbs
- Aftertaste: Balanced, warm, and refined — like gentle spring wind through a mountain forest

🍵 Why Pasha Is Special

- Rare access: Pasha’s remote terrain has kept its ecological system protected and undisturbed
- Old trees: Most are 200–500 years old, many growing from root systems dating back 1,000+ years
- Unique cultivation: Traditional Hani tribe methods avoided pruning, allowing tea trees to grow tall and deep-rooted, resulting in thick, mineral-rich infusions
- Cultural value: Pasha is not just a tea origin — it’s a living museum of tea, culture, and mountain wisdom
