🏛️ A Tribute to History
This commemorative Yixing teapot was designed by Master Fan Wei-Qun to mark the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China (1949–2009).
Created in the Year of the Ox, this 450ml teapot is part of a highly limited, privately stored batch — made with authentic, high-quality aged Zi Ni clay and accented with hand-painted gold (描金) for ceremonial significance and visual refinement.
Now released from storage, only 5 pieces are available, making this a rare acquisition opportunity for collectors.
🪨 Clay – Aged Zi Ni (老紫泥)
This teapot uses genuine aged Zi Ni, prepared over a decade ago using original ore. This was before the widespread dilution of traditional Zisha quality in the modern market. The result is:
✅ Rich texture
✅ Classic purple-brown tone
✅ Balanced breathability and tea-softening effect
✅ Excellent seasoning potential with use
The hand-painted gold detailing adds a refined touch, enhancing the ceremonial and collectible nature of this piece.
