It evolved from the Pear-Shape design but stands taller and more slender, with a higher neck, arched lid, and gracefully curved spout.

When placed on a tea tray, it seems alive — like a dragon lifting its head above the waves.

In Fujian there is a saying: “First the Unknown, second Si Ting, third Yi Gong, fourth Meng Chen.”
