This immersive course blends Eastern aesthetics with modern innovation tools.
Through the IDEAS innovation framework (Identify, Define, Explore, Act, Sustain) and AI tools, learners will co-create innovative tea-based products, services, or experiences.
Tea is not just a beverage — it is a medium that connects culture, sensory design, and human stories.

📍 Day 1 – Foundation & Inspiration

Module 1: Identify (9:00–10:30)
- Tea observation exercise (taste, aroma, colour, utensils)
- Identify customer frustrations (e.g., tea too bitter, brewing too complex)
- Case studies: Branding failures and successes in the tea market

- Fill in Innovation Canvas to map core value proposition
